But as per this rule, we can only omit the candidates, how can we omit the parties.
Is any rule being with us to omit the political parties?. Because, we can vote only the persons standing for the parties at that time only. So we need a rule to wind out the bad political parties.
I think, If so then most of the political parties would be banned.

The election commission has to create a one more additional cadidate for all the seat by the name 49-0, by default the button for that candidate should be the last button. Any one willing to vote 49-0 can press that button. Based on the counting for 49-0, the Election Officer can declare the result.

EC or any technical team need not worry about modifying EV Machines.
